The accommodation will take you to a scene of the “Breakfast Club”. Tastefully-appointed accommodation graces Finolhu Maldives where you can take your pick from the Lagoon Villa, Ocean Pool Villa, Beach Villa, Two Bedroom Ocean Lagoon Pool Villa and Two Bedroom Beach Pool Villa.
A favourite is the Ocean Pool Villa situated in the Indian Ocean, which also lays claim to its own freshwater pool. Relax on the deck or recline on the exquisite furniture that adorns the villa. Enjoy the scenic view from the entire accommodation, including the bathroom, which comprises an ocean-view bathtub.
It’s Deja vu all over again…
But whatever the accommodation you choose, rest assured that you won’t be disappointed; every villa has been given much thought in its planning and decor.
On par with any of the fabulous Maldivian resorts, Finolhu Maldives boasts of a range of restaurants where you can satisfy those tummy cravings. Try the Baa Baa Beach Club for super breakfasts complete with live cooking stations, super cocktails throughout the day and the exciting night events that take place at the venue as the sun sets.
For a more premium experience, Kanusan it is. With an indoor and open-air dining space, this is the perfect spot for that special dinner you’ve wanted to treat your loved one to. Theatrics take center stage with the open kitchen as Asian flavours and aromas waft through the air and entice the senses.
Located on the kilometer-long sandbar, the Fish and Crab Shack is a brilliant spot to hang out in just after a swim, boat ride or a leisurely walk on the beach. Serving crispy prawns, platters of fresh crab and an array of seafood that can be washed down with some yummy cocktails, this is where you’ll find yourself inevitably drawn to.
The Baahaa Grill will also keep you coming back with its authentic Maghreb flavours. Enjoy the spicy tastes of delectable cuts prepared to perfection.
These and more await you for your gastronomical journey at Finolhu Maldives.
It’s a trip to make the palate happy.
It goes without saying that some of the best under and over-water experiences come alive in the Maldives, and this is no exception at Finolhu. Dive, snorkel and explore the marine biosphere that is the Baa Atoll, with the marine bio experts at your disposal.
For those who really get into their sports, a variety of water-sports are also on offer. Try out the likes of Jet Skiing, boating and so on, or just stay on solid ground and play some beach sports. You’ll never find anyone complaining here!
The kids and teenagers are also very much looked after at the Oceaneers Club with a range of fun activities at their disposal. The resort is definitely ideal for families.
For that extra adventure, you must visit Hanifaru Bay where you can take some phenomenal underwater photographs or feed the manta rays, known to be one of the best spots in the world to do so.
Sounds exciting, doesn’t it?
When all that play is done, unwind with a soothing massage or a body treatment administered by professional hands that will leave you completely relaxed and pain-free.
