Payment & Cancelation Agreement

Cancellation Policy: COVID-19

  1. For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, we will allow full changes or cancellation or refund option done at least 14 days prior to arrival
  2. For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.* Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Important Information:
  • Some exclusions may apply. May exclude periods with special event restrictions or peak demand weeks.
  • Refunds may take up to 90 days from the date of cancellation to be processed.

Cancellations/Refund

  1. Convert the amount you paid for your booking into a credit that can be used for future travels.
  2. Change your travel dates without additional charges to any dates on or before 15 Days Prior to Arrival.
  3. Keep your deposit to avoid any charges that may be incurred and use it for future travel as a credit.
  4. Request for a refund for the payment made. Corresponding bank transfer charges will be applied.

PAYMENT AGREEMENT

The table below shows general cancellation and amendment policy applicable to most resorts. However, due to the diverse and unique policy of each resort, some may have stricter policy. Please check with your Destination Specialist on the actual cancellation and amendment policy of your chosen resort.

Low /Shoulder Season (May-September)
Confirmed bookings 46 days and more prior to arrival US $1,000 Deposit Remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival

High / Peak Season (October -November / February - April)
Confirmed bookings 61 and more days prior to arrival US $1,000 Deposit Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival

Festive Season (December - January)
Confirmed bookings 121 and more days prior to arrival 50% Deposit Remaining balance due 120 days prior to arrival
